Shipping, COA records, refunds, institutional pricing. If something isn't covered here, email support@vitatide.ca.
Vitatide supplies lyophilized research peptides to Canadian laboratories. Available lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are linked where we have them on file. All products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research only — not for human consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or cosmetic use.
Analytical details are published from uploaded, lot-specific COA source documents where available. The COA library and product pages show the report details we have on file rather than applying a default purity or testing claim across the catalog.
We ship across Canada excluding Quebec via Canada Post tracked service with protective inner packaging for ambient transit. Delivery timing depends on carrier service, destination, weather, and handling conditions; tracking is provided when available, and remote postal codes may take longer.
Quebec's Bill 96 imposes French-language labelling and documentation requirements. Rather than ship before the French-language launch pack is operationally ready, we've excluded QC postal codes (G*/H*/J*) for now. We'll announce when that changes.
Current launch checkout supports Interac e-Transfer. Interac orders show the order number/reference and our e-Transfer recipient address at checkout and in the confirmation email; send the payment from your Canadian bank and include that order number/reference in the Interac message/memo field so we can match it to your order. Future payment rails will be disclosed at checkout only if they are enabled and the related policy language has been updated.
No. Reconstitution and handling are determined by the end laboratory under its own validated procedures and the lot-specific COA where available. Vitatide does not provide reconstitution, dosing, administration, or route-of-use guidance.
Unopened-vial storage should follow the lot-specific COA or source document where available and your laboratory's validated storage SOP. Keep vials protected from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
You can request cancellation before your order ships. Email support@vitatide.ca with your order number as soon as possible; if it has not shipped, payment can be matched, and no legal, fraud, compliance, or banking hold applies, we may cancel and refund in full. We cannot guarantee order changes — the reliable path is to cancel, if still eligible, and reorder.
Yes. For academic labs, contract-research organizations, and repeat-order clients, we can review lot-reserve pricing on request. Email support@vitatide.ca with your institution and a rough volume estimate and we'll review as soon as practical.
All sales are final once an order is placed because Vitatide products are sensitive, lot-traced research reagents. If you need to cancel, email us before the order ships; if a shipment arrives damaged, mislabelled, missing items, or inconsistent with available product documentation, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue. Full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
