Terms of Service

Operator: Ahlnos Inc. (“Ahlnos”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a federal corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Corp № 1786329-2), operating the website vitatide.ca under the brand Vitatide.

1.1 Acceptance

By accessing vitatide.ca or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Canada to use this site. You must have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts. The site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly accept orders from, residents of any jurisdiction outside Canada.

1.3 Nature of products

All products sold on vitatide.ca are research-grade biochemical reagents offered exclusively for laboratory research use. They are not drugs. They are not sold for human or animal consumption. They have not been evaluated by Health Canada for therapeutic use and carry no Drug Identification Number.

1.4 Customer representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acquiring the products for laboratory research purposes only.
• You are not acquiring the products for personal or consumer consumption.
• You will not administer the products to humans or animals.
• You will store and handle the products in compliance with laboratory safety practices.
• You are not a minor and are a Canadian resident.

1.5 No medical advice

Nothing on vitatide.ca constitutes medical, therapeutic, or health advice. We do not provide dosing instructions, use protocols, or any human-application guidance. Questions about human health must be directed to a qualified healthcare professional.

1.6 Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (applicable Canadian sales taxes) are added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected consumer use, reseller activity, suspected fraud, export to restricted jurisdictions, or product availability issues. If we cancel a paid order, we refund in full via the original payment method.

1.7 Shipping

Shipping is Canada-only at launch; we do not ship internationally. Standard shipping is a flat CA$15; orders of CA$150 or more ship free. Quebec is currently excluded.

1.8 Returns and refunds

See the Refund Policy. All sales are final once an order is placed. A full cancellation refund may be available only if you contact us before the order has shipped and before fulfillment has advanced. Report damaged, missing, wrong, or documentation-related delivery issues immediately.

1.9 Intellectual property

All content on vitatide.ca (text, graphics, logos, product photography) is the property of Ahlnos Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

1.10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahlnos Inc.'s aggregate liability to any customer for any claim arising out of the use of vitatide.ca or any product ordered through it is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Ahlnos Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law (e.g., gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

1.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ahlnos Inc. harmless from any claim arising from (a) your use of the products in any manner inconsistent with Section 1.4 above, or (b) your breach of these Terms.

1.12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

1.13 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
