Lyophilized research materials can have different stability profiles by compound, lot, and packaging configuration. Vitatide does not treat a generic cold-chain statement as proof for every product; customer-facing storage and shipping claims should be supported by the lot-specific COA, product label, or other source documentation.
What shipment wording can truthfully say
Launch shipments use tracked Canadian carrier service with protective inner packaging for ambient transit. If a product page or COA includes a specific storage condition, follow that source document and your laboratory's own validated procedures after receipt.
- Confirm the product, lot, and quantity against your order.
- Review any lot-specific COA or label notes posted for that SKU.
- Retain packaging and tracking details if a shipment arrives damaged.
What Vitatide does not publish
Vitatide does not provide reconstitution, dosing, administration, or route-of-use guidance. Preparation and handling decisions belong to the receiving laboratory under its own validated SOPs and applicable safety rules.
If a delivery looks compromised
Photograph the parcel before disposal, retain the shipping materials, and email support@vitatide.ca with your order number and tracking details. Review is handled under the posted Refund Policy and Shipping terms.
