Reship & Refund Guarantee

G.1 What this guarantee covers
This guarantee covers domestic shipments within Canada (excluding Quebec) sent via tracked Canada Post service. It sits alongside — not instead of — the general Refund Policy: this page describes two specific delivery outcomes; the Refund Policy covers cancellations, billing disputes, and the rest of the sale terms.
G.2 Your order doesn't arrive
If tracking shows your shipment as lost, or it does not arrive within a reasonable window past its expected delivery date, email support@vitatide.ca with your order number. Once we confirm with the carrier that the shipment did not reach you, we will reship the order or refund it in full — your choice.
G.3 Your order arrives damaged
If a shipment arrives with damaged outer packaging, a broken vial, or product that otherwise looks visibly compromised, email support@vitatide.ca with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. After review, we will reship the affected item(s).
G.5 Claim window and how to reach us
Claims under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of the ship date on your order. Email support@vitatide.ca with your order number; include photos for a damage claim. We review each claim and respond as soon as practical, and confirm the reship or refund outcome by email.
G.6 What this guarantee doesn't cover
This guarantee applies to domestic Canadian shipments only. It doesn't cover reconstitution, handling, or storage after delivery, or any use inconsistent with a product's research-use-only labeling. It doesn't replace or extend the cancellation, billing-dispute, or carrier-hold terms described in the Refund Policy — see that page for the complete sale terms.
